Janis Ahern joins the cast of The Strangers Trilogy

The cast list just keeps on growing. Thanks to a fan of ours who sent this in, we can now confirm yet another cast member of Renny Harlin’s “The Strangers”. Janis Ahern, an “American Actor in London”, with an impressive resume, is the latest member of the cast to be announced. Her role is for now unknown, but she will be appearing across all three films in the trilogy.

Janis is known primarily for her roles in Gravity as Ryan, The Guardians of the Galaxy as Meredith’s Mother, and Tom & Jerry as Mrs Jacobson. Her latest role will be portraying a character named Carol in Renny Harlin’s new “The Strangers” trilogy. As for who her character is, we are yet to know, but based on social media and her CV, her character will pan all three films.

This was yet another piece of information sent into me by a Strangers fan who is following us, and Janis has shared multiple posts from Bratislava during production, as well as a highlight of Instagram stories entitled “The Strangers”, which includes an Instagram story where she confirms that she has joined the cast. She is also followed by numerous members we’ve announced in the past week.
